About Us

Watertown-Mayer Elementary School is home to roughly 515 students and serves students in grades K-4.  At WMES, we strive to provide a school environment that is safe, welcoming, and inclusive for all.  In addition to providing a rich and rigorous academic experience, we support the social and emotional needs of children.  We ensure that each and every child feels connected to our school community by building strong relationships with each individual child. We hold high expectations for all students to achieve academically; paired with developing the personal and interpersonal skills they need to flourish in an ever changing world.  We aim to help students develop into caring, safe, problem-solvers.
